Over the past year and a half, Maple Leaf Marinas has undergone a comprehensive web development transformation across all marina platforms. In close collaboration with Titus One, we crafted consistent, user-friendly wireframes for our parent site, child sites (marinas), and dealer sites (marina/boat sales). In July 2024, we proudly launched our corporate website, introducing a fresh navigation structure and a seamless, intuitive user experience. Since then, we’ve successfully launched five additional marina websites, with plans to roll out the remaining 14 this spring.

To ensure the project’s success, our internal team developed master wireframe templates for the child sites and dealer modules, integrating new UX/UI features to enhance user experience and streamline internal workflows. We also provided the development team with a comprehensive resource package, including site maps for all 20 locations and detailed breakdowns of 23 boat brands with their respective makes and models. These resources were instrumental in helping the developers fully understand the project’s scope and complexity, enabling a smooth and efficient execution.
